Yoga is an ancient practice from India. Unlike the physical emphasis it has nowadays in the West, Yoga has many more aspects: Prānāyāma (breathing techniques), Kriyas (cleansing techniques) meditation, and philosophy. It offers techniques and an approach to life, that balances mind, body, and breath, thereby regulating the nervous system and bringing all aspects of ‘self’ into balance. When all aspects of self are balanced we experience health and happiness. It is my goal to help you experience a glimpse of that.
