  • You want to work towards a specific goal regarding injuries, physical, mental or emotional obstacles (e.g. gaining more strength, working on fears)
  • You want to experience the benefits of consistent practise and working towards your goals
  • You want to get in-depth and correct explanation and introduction in several ancient yogic practices

Practical information

  • The treatment location is either in Amsterdam-North close to station North, easy to reach with public transport.
  • A yoga therapy journey starts from 12 sessions which can be spread over 2 – 8 weeks. It includes a handout with all techniques, an intake session + 12 sessions of 1 hour. Sessions can be online or offline depending on the time-span in which you want to go through this program.
  • Intake + 12 sessions costs €900 euros.
