Yoga course
Do you have mental, emotional, or physical problems which you want to treat by using your own body and breath movements? Do you want to increase your body awareness? Learn to manage your problems with Yogic techniques and get your own personally tailored Yoga routine, so you can continue working on your goals and problems in your self-practise long after this container is closed.
What to expect
In the Yoga course, we have 12 sessions planned over 2-8 weeks depending on your schedule. A tailor-made Yoga practice is developed based on your physical, emotional, and mental goals. Depending on your help-request different styles of Yoga are adapted (Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra). This journey is set up so you leave having done consistent work on the specified problem and, with a solid foundation, regarding technique, routine, and experience, to continue your self-practise long after this program is closed. The course offers you a little taste of consistency and, a door to your own answers and feelings inside. All practise is connected to your specific help request. Just as with anything, Yoga is not a quick fix but is a tool that can greatly shift how you feel in your body and address your problems when practiced regularly and consistently. We focus on the body, the postures, the correct technique, and breathing, and while doing that you can have a glimpse of what can unfold.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice from India. Unlike the physical emphasis it has nowadays, Yoga has many more aspects: Prānāyāma (breathing techniques), Kriyas (cleansing techniques) meditation, and philosophy. It offers techniques to balance mind, body, and breath, thereby regulating the nervous system and bringing into balance all aspects of yourself. When all aspects of self are balanced we experience health and happiness.
